Pie Jam Cocktails

Strawberry Pie Margarita
Serves 1 in a Margarita Glass
 
Rim Ingredients
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
1 tsp Coarse Kosher Salt
1 tsp Granulated Sugar
 
Drink Ingredients
1/4 cup Margarita Mix
1 shot Tequila 
1/2 shot Triple Sec
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Ice
Lime for Garnish
 
Instructions for the Rim of the Glass:
1. Pour 1 Tbsp lime juice on a small plate. Set aside.
2. Measure out coarse kosher salt and granulated sugar. Pour on a separate plate from the lime juice. Mix the sugar and salt together to make "sal-gur". 
3. Dip the rim of your margarita glass in the lime juice and then in the "sal-gur" mixture coating the rim evenly. Set margarita glass aside. 
 
Instructions for the Drink & Assembly
1. Fill a large cocktail shaker or large jar with ice. 
2. Add Strawberry Pie Jam, Margarita Mix, Tequila, Triple Sec, and Lime Juice. 
3. Place lid on shaker or jar and shake until the jam is mostly dissolved (approximately 60 seconds with a firm shake). 
4. Add fresh ice to glass with "sal-gur" rim.
5. Strain drink into glass with "sal-gur" rim. 
6. Garnish with a fresh lime and enjoy!
 
North Georgia Fashioned
Serves 1 in a Rocks Glass
 
Drink Ingredients
1 shot Maple Bourbon 
1/4 cup Hard Apple Cider
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Ice
Fresh Rosemary Sprig for Garnish
 
Instructions for the Drink & Assembly
1. Fill a large cocktail shaker or large jar with ice. 
2. Add Peach Pie Jam, Maple Bourbon, Hard Apple Cider, and Lemon Juice.
3. Place lid on shaker or jar and shake until the jam is mostly dissolved    
(approximately 60 seconds with a firm shake). 
4. Strain drink into rocks glass.
6. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and enjoy!
 
Spiced Blueberry Mule
Serves 1 in a Mason Jar
 
Drink Ingredients
1.5 shot Vodka 
1/2 cup Ginger Beer
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
Ice
Fresh Lavender Sprig for Garnish 
 
Instructions for the Drink & Assembly
1. Fill a large cocktail shaker or large jar with ice. 
2. Add Blueberry Pie Jam, Vodka, Ginger Beer, and Lemon Juice.
3. Place lid on shaker or jar and shake until the jam is mostly dissolved    (approximately 60 seconds with a firm shake). 
4. Add fresh ice to a mason jar.
5. Strain the drink into a mason jar.
6. Garnish with a lavender sprig and enjoy!
